Thank you Bret. I had never heard of this forum before. There is so much great information. I may relink some of the threads on our social media/ website if it is allowed. This is such a wide community the public discussions would be a great way to not only learn, but get a wide range of similar AND differentiating views. I'll read the forum rules more thoroughly to see if thats ok to do.

For example, the JPEG vs RAW thread would be invaluable to reference clients to. I can't tell you how many times I have had to explain it. Never thought of using crayons as an analogy though! Some of our largest competitors require users to send in JPG files. They are too big to be able to work with large files because processing thousands of large images would be incredibly demanding. The way our infrastructure works however allows us to do this. Want do send us a RAW file? Great. Have a 1.5gb TIFF? Fantastic. We want your best possible file, regardless of size.

Edit: Also, we are just days away from launching a new website that will be much easier to navigate! We did all of our innovation on the shop floor instead of online. But we are doing what we can. We really wanted to put quality first. :)
