I managed to lose my expensive DJI drone the other day. It took great pictures and videos. Need to replace it with something cheaper but without a significant loss in picture quality. Any suggestions?

Since I retired as a media specialist nearly 20 years ago, I have been doing real estate photography. I use the Canon 5DMarkIII with the EF 14mm f2.8 lens. I shoot many more pictures than the Multiple Listing Service requires. For example, in this builder's model http://www.racinehometours.com/NewportBuilders/BelMarAvenue6414Owen/VirtualTour/ I probably shot over 300 pictures. I integrate panoramas and Matterport scans into the presentations which means spending several hours on site. Admittedly, most of the time, I shoot hand held, auto mode. Unfortunately, on sunny days, the photos show glare and a great loss of detail coming thru the windows. Since I am a media guy first and a photographer second, I resort to post processing solutions, namely Photoshop. If the glare is manageable, I use the magic wand to isolate the area and then the brighness/contrast
adjustment to decrease the glare. If I'm dealing with just glare coming thru, then I photograph just the window which most of the time correctly exposes the exterior. Then I shoot the room, copy and paste the correctly exposed window over the glared window and make it fit using the free transform tool. The process is shown here:http://www.racinehometours.com/NewportBuilders/Exposure%20Problem/.

This process is extremely time consuming. If anyone has a faster, simpler solution, please share it with me.

Since retired from teaching, I've been doing real estate photography. I am currently using the Canon 5D Mark lll with the EF 16-35mm f2.8 lens. I use Photoshop CS5 for post processing. When I shoot from a confined space such as a bathroom, I have to correct for distortion using Photoshop lens correction and the ePaperPress plugin. I am told that the Canon EF 14mm f2.8 will generate a sharper image with less distortion but it is a very expensive lens.

Does anybody have any experience with these lenses for real estate photography? Here are two examples of the distortion and correction:

I use Photoshop CS5 lens correction and PT lens to correct lens distortions. Here a few examples of photo taken by a local realtor:

I own and use Adobe Photoshop CS5 PC version in my real estate photography. I would like to purchase CS6 (not rent), but the huge variance in prices online is confusing. Naturally I would prefer spending $500 rather than $2000. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
