I would like to get a tripod with the horiz. arm so I can shoot straight down at an object. Really am hoping to stay under 200 bucks if possible. Any suggestions would be welcome and appreciated. And would I need to buy a separate ballhead?

I would be leery of any program that alleges to automatically make N changes. The program must have some eye to know what the conditions were when you took the shot. In all honesty I would prefer tickle the sliders so the image is what I saw.

I may have access to the chauffeured driven limo, but I still want to drive the car. :) :)
