lol I was just sitting outside taking photos of my daughter riding her power wheels car and the error popped up

It was working just fine until the error popped up. Now when I try to take a picture this is what it looks like.

Err 30 Shooting is not possible due to an error. Turn the camera off and on again or re-install the battery. That is what popped up while getting photos of my kids. I turned it off and back on and took the battery out and put it back in. Then I did the sensor cleaning. Now whenever I try to take a picture the top half of the picture is completely black and I can see the bottom half but it dark. Almost like the flash isn't on. What is wrong and how do I fix it?
