This topic brings to mind a slight correction, that I read long ago, to an old saw that's been around: "Practice makes perfect" is not necessarily so; "Perfect practice makes perfect" is more accurate!

I have a technical background in television as a technical director. I also play guitar. Hopefully I can combine my technical skills and artistic skills towards photography. It's been a really fun journey. If you really enjoy something, have a passion for it, most likely you'll be pretty good at it.
Whether it's photography, playing music, or life, this is the way I live and learn.
