tk... I just saw frozen bubble pictures on the news and it was referenced that "she" added a little honey to the bubble water to make them freeze better. Were they your pictures?

Wish I had been there... all shots I saw were feeding my jealousy. Sounds like you all had a really good time and I hope you make it home safely.

Hello all!!!! Spoke with Molly Thursday (booty call indeed!)and realized I haven't been on in a while.I have been reading & playing "catch-up" for a big chunk of the morning and you have all been very busy! Hope everyone and their families are now enjoying good health & mobility.
I managed to get a new job in Oct where I sit on my butt all day and listen to "grouchy old people" wanting their meds by mail.They get really cranky when the pain meds run low!
I still have health issues but now I have insurance & can see the doctors I need when I need to. Was going thru a charity hospital who would say I needed a specialist & then not refer me. Wasn't working for me. Doctors were great, support staff sucked.
Haven't seen my camera in a long time but plan to dust it off & use it Weds. Bought a mono to help me walk & hold the camera steady so I am getting excited about getting out again. Was going out today but it is POURING of course. Won't be able to join you in the Swamp Shoot in Feb but looking forward to seeing the photos ya"ll take! You will be my eyes. Not going to bore you any more now but will start checking in more often. I have missed you all.

Hello everyone! Dropping in to see how everyone is doing... read 50 pages of thread. Hope everyone and their families are doing well,incredible farm tk, sorry about missing/deceased pets. Good Lord Molly! You need a vacation! you all posted great pictures, happy belated birthdays & looks like one helluva good Feb coming up. Hope I didn't miss anything.
Finally got rid of "whozit" so I could enjoy my life and now I find myself house-bound. One of my dogs is now a service dog who alerts to my health issues so I can get help. He barks & raises hell on my lap an hour before I get any symptoms! He did it on his own and the first time I had no idea what his problem was but he NEVER has been a lap dog so it was freaky. Now I pay attention! Drs say I am repairable but it will take a while and in the meantime NO liquor or beer (dammit!). Still trying to find out why I have tremors but I have a tripod so I can try pictures again. I am going to go in yard & see if I can shoot birds and lizards to keep in practice so I may be posting again soon! Look out when I can get out again! Whozit does my shopping for me (OK- he's not all bad) and my neighbors keep an eye out so all is good. Youngest kid threatened to move in with me so I threatened to sell the house & move to a boat. She shut up. Then she wanted to get me a "life alert". Told her that was a great idea! I can use it as a dating service to meet fire, rescue & policemen. Other kids told her to back off before I get her in trouble. LOL! Having a 63 yr old crazy Mom doesn't work too well for her even though the other 5 kids find me amusing... she is way too serious!Will be dropping in off and on. Very happy to see we are all still here!!!!

Glad you all seem to be well and taking great pictures- even with cell phones. I have been popping in and looking at everyone's posts, just didn't leave notes every time. You have all been very busy and some have gone thru a lot. Glad you are all ok though. Too much effort was required to think & type so my comments were rare.
I just spent a week in the wild at a friend's hunting camp taking care of his dogs. I was living alone in an 24'(I think) camper in the middle of roughly 175 acres with no electric, phone, camera or humans and didn't want to come home. Didn't see a lot of wildlife but think that is related to being with 18 baying hunting dogs and staying close to them instead of wandering around. Took my 3 little "boys" for company and did a lot of reading and thinking and now feel refreshed.
Haven't touched my camera in a very long time but that will change as soon as I refresh my memory on the buttons & dials. Forgot what they are for, LOL! I was taking pix for Find-a-Grave but using my little p/s on auto setting but even quit that a couple of months ago. That is pathetic!
Anyway, I am kinda back and wanted to say hello.
