Kind of has a doubtful look....like he's going to say, "I was born, but I was not born yesterday"! Of course ducks don't talk.

If you want to export this way a lot to full size JPG's, create a preset to do this. That way you don't have to remember the size you want. I have many presets for different outputs, FB requires one size, printers require different sizes. My Blog needs a different size, Zenfolio, you get the idea! Make it easy and create presets for these.

I will try that. Thanks.

Yes, in the export window, scroll down and make sure the quality slider is set to 100%. I believe the default is 60%. Also make sure the resize box is not checked. This will give you a full size JPEG.
Good luck!

That worked! THANKS! I can't believe I missed that. Now I have a perfect 23mb JPG instead of a 100kb JPG.

When exporting, the resulting JPG is seriously downsized. Therefore the quality is degraded. Is there anything I can do differently to get a higher quality JPG?

I've looked around, but haven't found a battery grip for a D7100 that holds two batteries.

Is there such a thing?

thanks

I believe all of the grips for the 7100 hold 1 battery. The main battery stays in the camera. 2 batteries total. You can substitute 6 AA batteries for the "Nikon" battery in the grip.

Is this forum the domain of only the "elite" photographer? Why is it that some feel the need to belittle and demean those who pose, what they feel, are legitimate, honest questions? Obviously those who inflict such wrath upon others simply don't have enough to do!

To the overwhelming majority of members who are considerate and respectful, I say THANK YOU! As a novice photographer, I have learned more here, than anywhere else. Hmm? Learning....don't we all have to start somewhere?

Here's my take from North Arkansas. Cloudy all day, but cleared around sunset. I'm a real amateur. I'm just slightly satisfied with this photo.
