Fantastic pics and witty captions! THANKS for sharing!
God Bless Lt. Col. Mark Weber and all of the men and women who serve! In the US we a private service called the wounded warrior project. I don't understand why we would need such a thing! You would think that after these men and women who are gravely injured and in need of therapy and extensive rehabilitation would be taken care of by the country that they served. But I guess the US government like the Canadian gov. is too f'd up to do the right thing!
Nice pics, I take it they were with a telephoto lens! :)
I just saw one at my office last week down a pigeon!

Two spots you might like The Great Swamp just south of 80 off Rte 287 south to the Harter Road exit follow signs. Once there don't forget to stop by the Raptor Trust on Whitebridge Road. (Bird hospital) Another spot closer to NYC is Dekort Park in the heart of the meadow lands, always good photo opts there. Good luck!
I am extremely happy with my Sigma 150-500 and my T3i.
Spectacular! I honestly love the perceived textures!

They have tracking collars on many different game hear. They are legal to shoot during the season. Game & Fish just want the collars back.
Really Dave I didn't know that here in the communist state of NJ we're not supposed to take any animal with a tracking devise.
the lion was wearing a electronic tracking collar. He was close enough to this lion to see the collar. He should have held his shot and questioned his guides.
Although I too find it a selfish act of a narcissistic buffoon to have conducted a hunt as he did. In this article again, as it has been said with seemingly undocumented statistics, one must understand that the article is about poachers, not huntsmen and women who pay dearly to track and take dangerous game. All of the animals that are legally culled are done so for a reason. These legitimate hunters should not be lumped into a category for the simple reason that they kill. Some of the animals culled are sick, some have gone rogue, and some just need to have their populations reduced. These legitimate hunters bring thousands of dollars into weary economies. Now before I get hammered for my thoughts from you so called animal lovers, is that bacon I smell coming from your kitchen?
