Craggycrossers...if I get one of the above bags in will just make it more convenient to carry my camera wherever and whenever I want...without having to have an extra bag or case..i have a hard case and a small backpack already...dont feel like we dont want your opinion..

Who has the inserts? I have several purses that are large and could be customized!

I am afraid to just put a lens in an unprotected case..my luck I would drop it...i keep looking at a Kelly Moore hobo bag...it would be nice...i didnt mention but I usually store my camera in a hard case at home..

The girly look of the bag isnt really that important...most likely wouldnt be all cutesy taking pics anyway..I do want want to keep price pretty low for now...i have a transit backpack (forgot the #), may just make do with it until I find the one that says "hey, I am the bag you want!" I dont know if I really like the backpacks though. I am more of a shoulder/messenger bag person but I am going to give this one a try..can always let the kids use it if I absolutely hate it...i appreciate all of your suggestions and I do look up the bags up mention..

This is so confusing! I really like the nice pretty girly looking bags...being thatI am more that type but I would like to be able to take off doing whatever, being hiking, or just walking and have a good, easily accessable bag...i think I am going to have to think about this some more!

I am trying to decide on a new camera bag...I am fairly small so I dont want an overly large bag but want to have a tablet or small laptop in bag also...will need large enough for my Nikon D3100, 11-55mm, 50mm,70-300mm, speedlight plus cards etc...I think I am wanting a shoulder bag, possibly Lowepro
