Go to the photoshop AI area- all U have to do is ask for a photo with no lines- it may work- we asked for the Mona Lisa, with mens pants on, With her legs crossed- YEP we got exactly that- it works wonders!!!

It is a fact that any glass(no matter who makes it) does cut down on light transmission and there are defects present. Yes we don't see that a in most cases but it is there. Why would one pay upwards of $2000 for a lens and put a $100 piece of glass in front of it? Glass has distortion again no matter who makes it- yes they do the best they can, but it is there. Oh yes, but it will protect my lens.... Ya? drop it and see how much protection is there!

I belong to a Photography club of over 600 members. We have used Epson for years at our club. We have 2 units. We always felt the Canons were a little over compensated in color(our opinion). We are now using the P800s and I can honestly say I cannot believe how those prints come out- I personally have the Epson P600 which is also a great printer but the P800 replaced it. I believe the P900 is the latest. One note, and one has to be aware this- We are in Arizona- very dry here!!! so we have to do a test print usually a 4x6 print at least every 10 days or so or a print head can dry up. It can be repaired but it does take time and a bit of work!! This is the only "CON" I can come up with. And yes I do this at home also!! I will say again- This printer is super sharp!! Will print a 17x22.

I see a lot of "car" spying listed here- heck- with AI and what is going on in our world, you cannot pick your nose without a camera recording just what U are doing!! Eventually, the Govt. will have all of our info listed. There will be nothing to hide- very scary situation for all of us! AI may change our very lives!!

You have said a few times "reject from the App"- I have never done this- I always do a Rt click after my photo program (photoshop or Lt room, Nik software + more-) are. closed. Then I do a Rt click as stated before and the card rejects and is gone from the desktop and I pull the card out- I never have ejected from a photo program??? I personally have never seen a photo program that lets you eject from within the program. This confuses me! What program are U using?? A right click is the easiest way out-

I use a Canon R 5 with a Mac and the express card. I have never had that problem. I will say, I have removed thumb drives, camera cards and never lost anything because I did not or could not exit properly. I have always made sure no writing was going on before pulling that card out. Have U reformatted the card? If so I have no idea if the card is acting Normal except for exiting the computer.

I have Sony point &shoot - xx100(I’m not home can’t remember the model number) but it is a xx100. Shoots raw. Has a usable telephoto. Try - small. To tell U how good it is, the photos R super. The down side- it is about $1200.00. One super camera. Took it to Europe last fall. Normally shoot a Canon R 5. Again- shoots Raw!

It’s glass so windex should do you good.

I’m not worried about the coating but Windex has wax in it and if you don’t polish that wax it will leave swirl marks. People used to use newspaper to polish the wax. It is a real no,no!

I have the Canon R5 and one can save their settings to a camera card. Using C1-C3 is fine as long as in your Menu-settings there is one that settings you would not want set - which is, if you make any changes then it will record the new changes To C-1-C3(actually the one you are using). Now you have a different set of settings. It gets tricky- BTW I did not see you mention what camera you have, which makes hard to give advice.

You probably should use a tripod- you might think you are in the same plane but even with good software it might not be able to match up the photos correctly. You could leave the tripod in position in place and take the camera off if needed- Just a suggestion. Sounds like you need some software classes- You can try U-Tube but it is a learning process- no free lunch in Photography!

Topaz is one program that allows one to make "Artsy-Fartsy" photos. This type of photo has become very popular in camera clubs and for displays.
