How many do you want and what is a reasonable price to you? I have about 30 of them I think.

Thanks,
Photo Mechanic is not an photo editing program like Photoshop or Lightroom. It is a photo sorting program designed to handle a lot of photos quickly - like a wedding shoot or a pro football game etc., where you have a large number of photos and need to select the keepers for editing in Lightroom or Photoshop in a hurry. I got it when I was doing a lot of photography for a local newspaper and had to go through a lot of photos in a hurry to select the keepers. Now that I'm retired from the newspaper gig I don't use it too much - like when I need to select the best photos from a take of say 10 - 30 images.
It's in southeastern Idaho outside of Arco, west of National Reactor Testing Station.
I'm guessing from Forest Road 565 on the north side of Chicoma Mountain looking north.

Thanks everyone! I'm glad we finally got some users of Ink Owl products!

Thanks for responding DebAnn. Was your comment referring to InkOwl brand of replacement ink or to 3rd party replacement inks in general?
TKT
Many thanks to all that replied! Apparently, InkOwl is the new kid on the block as nobody mentioned them - I hope they would have been mentioned if their product/service was terrible.

Thanks Charles! Do you have an URL for them?
Has anyone used 3rd party inks with an Epson 3880 Stylus Pro printer? What was/is your experience (good, bad, color fidelity, etc., etc.). I had to dump a HP color printer years ago because I could not find any more inks available - original equipment or 3rd party. I am starting to find matte black ink for the 3880 a little more difficult to find. Has anyone used 3rd party inks from InkOwls, a Canadian firm, or others?
Thanks for any information you may have.
Who cares what other "serious shooters" think! Use what ever works best for you!
Posture??? I have a permanent tilt due to a spinal fracture and an old disease. It has become automatic to check camera level before pressing the shutter button. I don't have to think about doing it. We can learn new tricks.
After thinking about this for a while it may be due to my Parkinson's Disease rather than the eye surgery. I'm not sure - will ask the docs.

Yes, I had similar problems. I had both eyes done about 2-3 years ago. Had to recalibrate the color vision because of brighter and more intense colors. A new problem has recently surfaced - I can't see colors in darker shadow areas of an image or print. My wife and others can see the coloration but I can't see it at all! How do I fix it if I can't see it? This has become a show stopper. One solution is to convert all color images to black and white which eliminates all colors at the start of post processing leaving only the greys and black and white. This works well on images suitable for black and white compositions but not all images work in a B&W monotone.
So far this is the only fix I have come up with. Any ideas anyone?

Hi again Cindy,
You can find out the location and when the North Star (polaris) and Milky Way etc. will be visible as a function of the date and time by using an app named The Photographers Ephemeris (TPE) which I think is available for both Android and iPad smart phones and tablets. It will also give sun rise/sunset and moonrise/moonset data as a function of location and time. Very handy device for landscape photography. It has very complete directions for use. I can't remember what it cost other than it was very reasonable considering what it bought to the party.
