Did you think that in Obamacare has empowered any part of the government actually to make medical decisions? The picture you posted certainly implies you do. You must be motivated by the right wing nonsense about not trusting the government with medical decisions.

There are only two major medical care models in the world today. One is corporate-run for profit, the other is government funded and directed. In neither model are actual medical decisions made by the government. More pertinent, the corporate for profit model has run amuck only in one country; the United States. It has proved to be a total disaster, leaving the US with by far the most expensive medical care system in the world, and the worst among advanced countries as indicated by our longevity and the number of people who die of treatable conditions, or suffer bankruptcy and foreclosures due to medical disasters.

The other model is government-run and directed health care, which in the entirety of the advanced world has produced better results than the American system. Obamacare is far from socialized medicine. It is only a set of minimal concessions to forestall the demand for socialized medicine. It is typical of right wing shills, like you, to criticize this system of half-measures instead of the real problem; the abominable system it was designed to improve.
