Neat looking birds. The only thing I'd try to do differently is get some kind of catch-light in the eyes of the penguins. In your image they look a little lifeless since you can't see the eyes.
Their eyes are very dark...hard to get a good close up on the Kings. Thanks for the advice😃

Was it that heavy wet variety or the nice fluffy stuff ?? I will predict wet and heavy (to shovel).
It was super light and fluffy😀. It is now crusted over😖
About 18 inches. Really don’t want to think about shoveling this mess.
Sunday evening sunset from our front porch in the NC mountains. With Nikpn P1000.
Actually the “friend” is my son. He has all of the old slides that belong to his father in law. He wanted to convert them to digital as a Christmas gift for his father in law. He really does not have the time to do this. I told him I would convert them for him if he paid me the difference between the cost of the Wolverine machine and what I can sell it for. My time is free. 😎🇱🇷👍
Titan is the name Wolverine gave the unit. I failed to mention that it only takes 3 to 4 seconds to scan and save a slide. I did several thousand of my own slides using a flat bed scanner about 12 years a go. SLOW, SLOW!
Want to convert all those old slides to digital format? I have just the thing for you. Please check Amazon for detailed pictures and info on this unit. There is an excellent step by step video on the mfg website.
www.wolverinedata.com click support click videos scroll to Titan manual. Only used to convert 1100 slides for a friend. Cost $149.99 on Amazon. Will sell for $100. I will pay shipping for lower 48. PayPal ok. SOLD
Because our remote location we have not had any for at least 25 years👹
I’m down to one non SLR camera with no extra lenses. Don’t need this big a bag. 😀
