I am often amazed by the petty replies that some newer users and even some experienced posters receive from a few of the UHH members on these boards. To criticise a member when they make a statement or ask a question that some apparently feels is beneath their their vast photography knowledge. I have been photographer (somewhat serious amateur) for many many years and I have used the B&H, Adorama and other photography site to purchase my equipment since 2000. Have also made the same mistake, on occasion, as Sendai5355. On one occasion after hitting the purchase button I noticed I had ordered a Canon compatible Studio Strobe kit instead of a Nikon setup. I immediate called B&H told them of my mistake and they immediately made the correction for me. I had the confirmation email within seconds. On another occasion again not paying attention (again) I purchase a rather expensive piece of glass and I never checked the B&H site because the item arrived almost the next day )Standard Post). Again Canon not Nikon, I call B&H and they told me to ship the lens back and they would send the Nikon version. I had the lens the following day as they overnighted it to me at no cost. My purpose with this long post is simply to say that we all make mistakes Sendai5355 advise is sound, Be careful before you hit the purchase button, confirm you getting the correct product an save yourself some aggravation. And to the critics and the "nasty " posters, get a life!
