I spent a couple hours trying to figure out the M3 vs the M2S. I think you are in the weight limit. But, the stronger motors in the M3 are likely to make a difference.

Thanks...I think the M3 might be overkill for what I might end up doing...video with the A7C and the little kit lens would probably do me just fine. But the PZ feature is appealing on the 15=35. I'm closing in on 80 years and that is going to impact my strength to hold the camera/ gimbal for sustained periods so the lighter the better.

This gimbal has a rating of 2.2 lbs which means my A7c and Sony F4 15-35 PZ may be a bit too large or heavy. Has anyone here tried that camera/lens combo with the Crane M2S?

Made a few trial watermarks and have them saved (appear as a lightroom "LRC Preset Template". But when I go to export a lightroom image, and choose "edit watermarks" the preset is not highlighted and cant be selected from the "choose" watermark option. Same result regardless of "text" or "graphic" option.
What am I doing wrong here...I have about six nice watermarks but can't apply them to the exported image!

Thanks!

Thanks! I take it one cannot create a series of presets that could be applied to one of these masks?

Really enjoy the newest version of Lightroom Classic. My question is...is there anyway to apply presets to the masked subject? For example I can detect people, isolate a mask for parts (skin, lips, teeth, eyebrows, hair, etc.) or all of the person. But to my knowledge I cannot apply presets to the masked subject?

Thanks...I believe the best solution for me ( and maybe others) would be to use keywords for focus parameters.

Brilliant! Ashamed I didn't think of that; I was just very focused on getting it into the grid exif search. In the "info" control I data displayed it would be wonderful if one could see, as an example, camera, exposure, dimensions, lens, ISO, and focus mode and focus area. And then just toggle through the info with repeat Control I strokes.

Thanks for your reply and help

Would like to add focus mode and focus area to exif data of individual photos. Can do this by adding text to "user comment" in metadata panel of library module. However this is not searchable. What I would like to do is retrieve all images in a given folder by those parameters. Unfortunately it (user comment) is not searchable. Is there a workaround to enable this type of search by comment? Unfortunate that Lightroom doesn't allow one to retrieve photos by focus data. (or at least I'm unable to do it!)

Thanks...both models are shown on the Canon website, they appear to be identical in specifications and appearance so I guess I'll go with the $50 less expensive Walmart version.

Need to replace a failed printer; have had excellent results with Canon (pro 100 and MP560).   Want an all in one for home use that can print reasonably accurate color images.

Amazon has the Canon Pixma TR8620 for $199.

Walmart has the Canon Pixma TR8622 for $149.

They look to be the same; I can't really find reviews of the Walmart unit on line.  Welcome any advice re best all in one for home use and any info on the two printers mentioned above.

Thanks!

As offered, in LR preferences, you can adjust some brush settings. Try that, if not already done.

There is not an option to adjust the visibility of the brush circles and center plus sign.

The Radial Filter?

Not sure what you mean? The problem is with the circle with a Plus sign in the middle and a concentric outer circle representing the amount of feather applied by to the adjustment brush. On my Macbook Pro the circle is a very weak white color and is only well visible on black, white backgrounds. I can't find any option or preference to intensify the boldness, color, or general visibility of the tool. I suspect it is just the way it is on the small macbook pro (13 inches) and can't be improved; hopefully someone will prove me wrong.

You can change the color of the mask the brush applies by pressing Shift -O (that's the letter O, not zero).

Thanks, but it is not the overlay/mask I can't see. It is the concentric circle/target brush.

Using Macbook Pro 13 inch with LRC. Normally at home use a 27 inch monitor, but on vacation and so I'm using the laptop's screen.

I can barely see the adjustment brush concentric circles and + target, especially when the brush is being used on beige, blue, flesh colored image components. I have tried changing flow, density to 100% with no improvement. Am I stuck with this very hard to see brush or have I somehow changed a setting that mutes the intensity of the brush parameters?

Thanks in advance!
