12 years ago, I made video by use MP4 format and saved it on Mac computer and CD disk.
Originally the images were SHARP.
Now I open the video from computer or CD and it is blur.
Please advise the way to restore the video.

I using Adobe CC, 2018 and Adobe element, 2018.
They both open Raw file with ext CR2, but Raw file from Canon 90D had ext CR3 and not working on my Adobe edition.
Today, I spend a lot of time and can advice that "Digital Photo Professional 4" worked as acceptable (Canon Recommendation) and Adobe CC 2020 worked much better (Adobe by phone transfer CC 2018 in CC 2020 for 7 days as test)
Please share the experience how open RAW file shot by Canon 90D and loaded on MacOS.

By my knowledge if using M setting you instal any combination such ISO, F and S or T (shutter speed) and camera itself used it.
ISO 1600 and 200 mean different 8(eight) times, so exposure will be overexposure or underexposure.
You stated the different 3VE.
