There's no special way to do this, it's basic as can be. This is mine, simple as can be. Carrots and Celery are basic, two medium carrots and two celery stocks. One added veggie,
I used four Brussels Sprouts cut in half then half again. One Chicken Breast pounded and browened both sides saved in a dish, cut into chunks and added in the end.
As you know you can use any pasta that you have. I used these large curled pasta pieces - 8, and boilded them separately in spring water not tap water. I did not use any water
at all making the soup, I used two cans of Chicken Stock (low sodium) 14.5oz and added one KNORR'S Chicken Bullion Cube. Do not buy cans of Chicken Soup in the market.
I had three helpings . . .
