Mine works fine. Using it on a D850
Appears the power is hooked-up in the right front corner of the bus. Notice the "good conduit bend" for the service entrance.
I have a DA question (dumb ass) about the average battery life of the Nikon D850 using live view most of the time. Approximately how many shots should I get before the battery goes dead?
Thank you for any input.
I have watched your videos, they are very informative. Normally how long does it take for the update to finish. My D850 has been "updating" for at least 30 minutes. I don't remember other updates taking that long.
I attempted to update my D850, but for some reason it will not work. I let the camera sit idle for over 2 hours, with the message saying "do not turn the camera off" or something like that. I still have ver 1.03 any suggestions?
My D90 has worked good for me.
Are the lens and battery from a Nikon D7100 compatible with the D850?
I put a Sigma 70-200 APO DG on my Nikon D7100, it would not autofocus, then put the lens on a D90 and it would autofocus. I have a Sigma 18-35 that I use most of the time on the Nikon D7100 and D90. I can use a Nikon 70-200 on both cameras with out any problems. The Sigma 70-200 works fine on a D700 or D750. Any suggestions?
Thank you, I have been searching for this answer for a week. Had to believe that it was that simple. I was going thru the menu system for the answer
Thank you again,

Could be, but how can I turn it off.
Using a Nikon SB-700 and SB-600 on a Nikon D7100. The speed light puts out 2 busts of light, and then the main blast. This all happens with 1 second from pushing the shutter. This happens with each of the speed lights, as well as when using a Yongnuo transmitter and receiver. I have used the flashes on another camera, D7000 and they work just fine. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what settings are wrong in my D7100?
Been there, birding is not "my thing" but photography is, so I found things to shoot, besides birds.
Connect your phone via usb cable. Run "Image Capture" on the MAC. You can transfer the images to the MAC.
I was there last year, September. A very enjoyable time. I only problem was the haze caused from the forest fires in Co., Ut and Wy. Also don't forget about visiting the Grand Tetons.
