Thanks for that.....i know it is not perfect and my photos need alot of improvement, but i will work hard to get there.
Nice to think you liked it :)
Thanks Boys....i will post more photos for you to study, its the only way i will progress i feel...
Thank-you for the advice....will have a study,
I found the camera club i am attending are not really interested in helping novices, more about showing their photos in competitions mainly.....possibly will learn more from you guys!! very grateful
Hi....
Thanks for your response, i took up Photography only almost three year ago,
My Camera is Canon 500d and the lens is Canon Macro ef 100mm 1:2.8 usm, no tripod was used as i cannot get on with one, but know i probably should.
Neither photos were cropped.
Any helpful comments are useful to me, i am not a pro, only a mere novice, and would not pretend to be anything other :-(
Thanks again.
Hi.... could any dedicated Macro photographer tell me as to if my three photos qualify as Macro.... there is mixed opinion as to if they are true Macro.
The Rose is a miniture, measuring 1inch, the Sedum floret, measures 4mm all round,
I know the Dead Seedhead is just a close up.
Many thanks.
Miniture Rose
4mm Sedum floret with jewels
Dead Seedheads
ok and thanks for your help.. :-)
Hi.... the sedum floret was 4mm in width all round and the miniture rose was 1inch, i was under the impression that was classed as Macro....
Could you explain to me what would be classed as 'Macro' using the two examples i have just mentioned.
Just goes to show that you can be given the wrong info! and that was from my Camera club....
be very grateful.....Thank-you.
I hope this message includes three photos taken in my own garden, this is my first time of trying to post photos, so if i have boobed.....please offer help
Macro Rose
Macro Sedum floret complete with jewels
Autumn Seedheads...
wow, these are beautiful photos, what sort of Deer are they-Sika?
I live in England and there are plenty of Red,Rowan and Fallow here,
I only took to photography two year ago, and would love to take shots like this.
Hello everyone,
I am new here, and have a question....i hope this does not sound dumb!
I have heard so much about Smartphone photo editor...however, i do not own a smartphone, is this solely for use with the above? or can i use this editing with photos taken with my Canon 500D?
I hope this question dosent make me sound rather dense.
Thanks
