I am looking for a new receiver. The one I have is an old Optimus (Radio Shack). I believe it was made by Pioneer? It still works well. I have 4-18" corner woofers and 2-12" rears of the same make and a brand new Polk center that I just replaced. Here is my issue ... My CD changer has a 100 CD rack and is skipping. It is old like me. I would like to replace the changer as well as the receiver. It seems that they don't make 100 CD changers anymore, only 300 plus. No big deal. My receiver is rated at 150 watts. It has old RCA hook ups and no HDMI connections. I am looking at a Yamaha receiver and a Sony CD changer .... feed back?
A lot of people take for granted the rights and freedoms we have in this country. When you don't stand or take a knee during the National Anthem you turn your back on all freedoms guaranteed to you by the U. S. Constitution. One of them is Freedom of Speech. I don't consider taking a knee Freedom of Speech. If you lived in North Korea and did not stand for their National Anthem, You would be shot.
Place looks like Hartford Gun Club when they have a major shoot. Many people live in their travel homes. The problem they have is the parents are competing in the events and the children are running rampent all over the place unsupervised. They are forced to shut down the pistol and rifle ranges because of them.
Jerry ... I have Verizon. We have 2 phones with unlimited talk and text. Our bill is $68/month. We have no need for data. Linda has a flat screen phone that she hates. The contract is up and she wanted a basic flip phone. Verizon sells them online for $49.99. We went to the Verizon store yesterday and they wanted to sell me the same phone for $150 with no contract. I bought one online yesterday and when it comes I will have Verizon activate it.
For what it is worth I bought a spare battery for my camera. In the beginning everything was fine. After a few charges it would not fit in the battery well. The battery had swollen. I found out it was not an OEM battery, but a cheap Chinese knock off. Make sure you get OEM batteries for you electronic devices.
