I have been buying from B&H and Adorama for over 30 years and have always "got what I paid for" and have never been sold short on information or products. As for 42nd st. they push gray market "imported" and sometimes Chinese junk. That is why you will see the big price difference. Also you will see other stores with discounted photography and other electronic items that push the same gray market items. Always buy from reputable dealers You will be much happier for it. U get what you pay for!!!!

That was exactly what I did! (turn off red eye reduction). The strange part was that I have been useing this camera for quite a while with no problems and all the sudden??? I must have had my finger holding down the button on the front of the camera! I shot yesterday and every thing went just fine. Thanks for your reply and will talk more later.

WhenI use a pocket wizard or any other radio device or even use the pop up flash (which is useless) my camera hesitates for as much 2-3-4 seconds to fire. This problem seems to be worse in the studio with a transmiter attached. Anyone else had any problems like this? I hope that I just have something set wrong that I have overlooked

Gun control? Hmmm. Canada has strict gun control and people get shot everyday in Canada too! Hmmmm!

I love the coffee coments so I went and got a cup! I use a Mennon plastic $12.00 cap and also the expo disc. The Mennon cap ( which looks like a coffee filter) you point at the subject for a reading and the expo disc you point at your lighting for a reading. I use the Mennon cap when I am in a hurry and and take the time that the expo disc takes. They both work well, but the expo is probably a little more accurate! A mild tune-up in shop fixes it if I do anything to it at all!
