Thanks everyone! We havw been so blessed with three amazing children who have grown up on me!!I've been reading this forum for over a year and finally decided to contribute! Maybe someday I will get brave and post some of my photography to see what ya think! :)

My 17 year old daughter came up with a great gift idea for her Dad who is a volunteer firefighter (for over 20 years!!) she like her mother loves photography! We went to the firehouse and took picture to spell out HERO. She used the suspenders of his bunkers for the H, the garage doors to the bay of the firehouse turned vertically for the E, his boot for the R and his helmet in the rocks out front for the O. We are blessed by this sweet child! He loved it and has hung it over his dresser already! I still say personalized home made gifts are the best!! The pic isn't the greatest I took it on my iPhone.

Most likely you're talking about lateral epicondylitis. It is a tendinitis basically of the common extensor tendon aka tennis elbow. This technique can work. Another good adjunct is an anti inflammatory gel such as ketoprofen gel or voltaren gel. You need a script and compounding pharmacy. It's not real expensive but does work! You also have to apply several times a day! This is a very chronic problem but can improve greatly with therapy! I've never had it but I work for an orthopedic surgeon who sees many, many patients with this problem. And I assure you he isn't all about the money!! They aren't all that way!! But many are sadly!!
