JR1,
I have supported you in previous posts where you were verbally insulted.
I support you again in this. I find that the responses of Mr Thirkill and others to be childish and, as you say, moronic.
UHH is basically a decent forum spoilt by some, their attacks are no different to attacks by the trolls on the likes of facebook, maybe they are the trolls on facebook!!!

The OP needs to tell what type of machine they own. Seems too much info is left out for any real evaluation or suggestion on solution other than program accessible usage. When implementing LR and PS with the standard Intel integrated graphics package in dual monitor mode, massive amounts of RAM are stolen from the system by the graphics, thereby limiting speed and capabilities. RAM SIZE and SPEED are imperative for LR and PS to function properly.

Thanks for your responses people, very helpful, it has become clear that you cannot use the 'develop' module tools on the second screen in LR, thanks again.

Try using your graphics card driver to switch the assignment of the monitor roles.

Ok eliminating the obvious spelling mistake "familier", which would not be acceptable in any correspondence with clients, you say you have a business degree, in what !

I know personally, as do many, people leaving Uni with degrees over hear and working in McDonalds as they can't get work, a degree will never replace experience.

I will go easy on you, unlike my normal response.

You have n o idea if you need to ask what camera or lens to buy, join a camera club, you are doomed to fail.

1. Join a club
2. Use the SEARCH tab above for "starting a business"
3. you will need
1. Public liability insurance
2. Public indemnity insurance
3. A website
4. A good portfolio
5. More gear than YOU are planning on, TWO cameras not one, what do you do half way through a shoot and one packs up, apologize, minimum of two lights, I don't use studio lights I prefer flash and by that I don't mean studio flash either U ise 2x Metz 45 CL-4 digitals with quantum batteries, and two fill flash when needed, umbrellas and diffusers, cost £2000
6. Don't forget a decent tripod and head £200+
7. Fast SD cards I use 12, studio work so a flash meter, props, seating, changing areas, etc.

You ask if the 600D is professional enough, professional enough for what, taking a photograph ;)

Give a pro a bridge camera and an amateur a Pentax645D and I know who will do better, you don't just "start" taking photographs for money, it takes experience.

You did ask.

Good luck

Pounder35 said it all.
Ok eliminating the obvious spelling mistake "... (show quote)

Sorry JR1 gonna pull you on spelling, should be "here" not "hear"

I have 2 monitors, a 24" Eizo and an old 19" Acer.
I can use dual monitors in Photoshop, the Eizo for a full screen picture image, the Acer for PS tools/menus etc. I would like to do the same with Lightroom 4 but somehow can't, any ideas anyone.

Just to add, PS allows the tools to be used within the second monitor, LR4 doesn't seem to allow this; just to view the image. I need to pick the tools then pull them across to work on the second larger image.

[quote=Gitchigumi]Anybody got any experience with Yongnuo flashes and triggers? They were recommended to me so I bought a pair, along with the remote triggers. I got everything for less than the cost of one brand-name flash unit. They are in-transit, I won't see them for a week.

I know its a bit late to be asking for UHH input on this purchase, but... What do think about their products?[/quote

EXCELLENT, I HAVE 5 FLASH AND 4 REMOTES, GOOD BUY!!!
