One more that was blown up to 18x24
I used to have Nikon, 2 d300s cameras and 6 lens
When I went out on a shoot I was carrying 30 plus pounds
Now I am under 10 pounds and love it
I do not miss the SLR line at all...they are good but I feel the mirrorless systems out there are just as good if not better, other than full frame bodies
I shoot with the Olympus EM1 , do landscapes in both B&W and Color and regularly blow up to the size od 18x24 for posting onto walls
You will not have any problems unless you want to blow up to Poster size, which hardly any of us do
Thank you now I just have to wait for more storms
Here In Alberta Canada we get some but not that many this year
Has anyone used one of these triggers?
I am thinking of investing in one
I had the Nikon D300 and the D300S and have switched to the Olympus EM1 and I have NO regrets
Yes it is a smaller sensor but if you are not blowing up larger than 18-24 the difference is hard to tell
I use the 12-40 F2.8 pro, the 75-300 F4.8 to 6.7 and the 60mm F2.8 macro for my shooting
If the 12-40 F2.8 is to expensive, the 12 to 50 F3.5 to 6.3 is also very good. I shoot mostly landscapes and these 3 lens covers it for me.
Lens double in range with the 2x factor in the camera along with a built in doubler
The 75-300becomes a 150-600 and with the doubler the range extends to 1200
Half the weight to carry and for me amazing picture taking
I sold all my Canon equiptment would would not go back
It is well worth the time looking into...the site SLRGEAR is good and the good old internet is good for reviews....
If you are like most of us photographer's, it's a WANT vs a NEED
Great shot...congrats
He looks very at home and comfortable with your presence
MOrning
I order them on my Samsung Galaxy Tablet, using ZINO.
Order them when they first come out, they are always available on my tablet, no stacking anywhere and I feel a lot easier to relocate a article when I need it ( easier to look through) and I never misplace them.
I read Digital Photography World, Digital SLR, Advanced Photographer, Outdoor Photographer Canada, and Outdoor Photographer.
I also add that the prices are about 40% less that buying the magazine, and I do not have to look for them.....
Love it but up here in Canada I fear I would be advertizing for a break in of my SUV
Flooded timber...I wish
I am from Alberta Canada and this time of year we have 3 feet of the frozen white stuff and -20
Great shooting mt friend
the colors are beautiful like you are there watching
You will not need an ice pack in Rundle , Laughing.
I never tried it once back in the house I just recharged it
300 to 400 seems to be the normal rate and here in Alberta -3C is really not cold at all........
I guess as I am with a new camera I was surprised at the 30-35 pics before the battery died.
My OEM5 with the same type of batteries is always good for 450 to 500 shots ( no time exposures ) just regular shooting
Heading back out today to ElK Island Park for some shooting...
3 fully charged batteries...we see what happens , weather is in the 0 to +3 C range
Olympus batteries ( new as well)
