I understand everyone being extremely upset about this situation. There is no justification for my actions i can fess up to it. My only problem is, as I am looking through all of the comments that there are far moAmerica dy people in the world than I imagined. I see dollar prices in the thousands.... At least I was giving the money away (believe it or not) and yes it was a cash donation. I never get receipts for anything I donate because the only purpose it serves is tax reductions. I don't need it. Why would I give anything away just to get something back. I am far from a selfish person. I give as much as I can without taking food out of my families mouth was posted as to why my military was brought up. Because someone else mentioned it.
All I want to do is work this out as civilly as possible. I never made any money off of any of your photos. Not that what I say has any value but it is the honest truth. And yes there are still visible on fine art america (pixels and fine art america are the exact same website they mirror each other) it will probably take a few days for them not to show up at all. Not all the photos in my gallery were stolen. I looked at the links that were posted here of the 14 pages that remain visible, most of those images are 100% mine except a few. The reason you can not click to purchase is because I shut down the website along with all others.
There was a comment about if i stole your car. Well if someone does still your car and the police find it un-damaged do you still get paid for damages?
All I ask is that if your images were found on my site. Please PM me and let us figure out a way to fix the problem. No more BS no rudeness just settle this like decent people. I think everyone has been offended enough, understandibly. Trust me when I say I am done with anything online. I shut down all my social media sites and websites period, forever. I am currently in counseling (because it was mentioned before) sometimes I feel it does more harm than good. Bringing the memories us veterans try to forget. I lost three brothers the day I got injured and it is something I will never get over. So please stop judging that everything about me is a lie. I found my good friend hanging in his closet before our first deployment, just because he begged not to deploy so he can see his new baby girl be born. I have not much to offer because I don't need much in life. Anyone that knows me can tell you that. I care formy wife who is diabetic and watch after our three kids and we have one on the way to be born at the end of april. Like I said. I have nothing to hide so let is please resolve this issue peacefully. And no I do not seek sympathy but I do want you to know the real me. Take it or leave it I have probably told you more than you even care to know.

I allot $25 from each of my paychecks to the wounded warriors. Plus the money from the three sales of my own images that equalled $132 cash was donated to the wounded warrior project

I'm not playing anyone. So I have done all I can to resolve it. Be upset as you all have the right to. I am done I HAVE a family to tend to.

Yes I did and I process the photos through Lightroom and upon export iI have it set up to put the watermark on everything I export. Yes I knew what I was doing but I figured since the images were available to the public for download there was nothing wrong with it. Haven't I resolved the issue to the best of my ability? Did I not admit to it? Did I not apologize?

Lessons learned ok. I just want to resolve this issue peacefully. I am an honest person, I really am. That is why as soon as it was brought to my attention I resolved the issue. Judge me if you may but please understand, if you judge that, that you don't understand or know then you are no better

The wise man once said what was once done can no longer be undone. All that can be done is to move forward. There is not much more I can do about the situation. I have done all I can to resolve the issue. I already acknowledged the fact that I should be never put my name on those photos. I HAVE already apologized for my actions. The fact that I am even typing this message should tell you I am not here to steal anything. I also thank you all for bringing it to my attention. As I said before I may have been mistaken about dropbox. I will find the source and provide it to you because I am not the original source of the "theft"

Like I mentioned before. There were only 11-12 photos on there that were not mine. I HAVE deleted them from computer already and removed from everywhere. I am a disabled vet and a father of three and one on the way. I do not seek sympathy.
For the record.
In 2007 my platoon was on a convoy and we were the second vehicle in. We were hit with an IED and I was thrown from the vehicle straight into a tree back first. Then we were ambushed and I received five bullet wounds. During recovery at Walter reed I was offered a job by Secretary of the Army Dr. Francis J. Harvey. Once he resigned and the Honorable Pete Green Stepped in I worked for him as well. I was trying to remain in service but my injuries would not allow. I am sincerely apologetic to everyone that was effected. That is why I moved quickly to delete all accounts that may have had work on it. The only images that I sold were my own. If I had gotten paid for any other images that were any of your I would gave happily sent the owner the money. I have only made $135 from my sales and the money was donated to the wounded warrior project. There are not enough words to describe how truly bad I feel and yes I acknowledge I should gave never put my name on those images. I HAVE done everything I could to remove any images that were not mine. I have nothing to hide.
