I'm betting as a kid your chore was tasked to stir the soup pot so the ingredients didn't stick to the bottom, wasn't it?

Are you o.k.? Where do you come up with some of these ideas. Your inbread cat pic was the best ever, now I have to put this one as best ever. Honest I'll be laughing for a couple days..

Wonderful...

Wow, what a pleasant surprise and the colors are amazing. I've not seen a grasshopper like that.

How do you take a pic like that, do you use a remote or a timer?

Thanks for sharing.

Hi..had I known you wanted comments on lighting I would of not commented on the posing. I'm not qualified to comment on lighting. I learned a few things following this post and hope others did too. I loved your 4th pic, I haven't seen many white background and to me it had a dreamy effect.

Yes, some people were asking the models to do this or that postures. I didn't feel like to ask because many people were there. You don't know if all of the photographers there like the posture you directed or not. There were experienced models and non-experienced models. I didn't chose good posting, only thought I would get some other advice like skin tone. I read a book talking about the color numbers (RGB) about the skin tone, so I thought people will give me some useful color numbers. Never thought about they hate the postures so much. And some people even attacked the models, and some people even attack me, doubting what grad that I got in school. Guess people are not all nice. But for answering the doubt, I can tell you that I have a Bachelor in chemistry, a Master in electronic engineering. And my grade in photography in school was 4.0.

Went to amusement park, many photo opportunities.

1. Tried to do something similar to what another poster did, I like pics like this.

2. & 3. I think my fingers got to happy on Picasa.

4. I wanted to capture movement, took many but in 99% I captured the empty sky.

Any comments you make will be appreciated.

Sparkle, I really like ALL of your photographs and what is important is if YOU like them! The only thing I would suggest is occasionally perhaps "focusing" in on one specific area of a scene, more of a close up shot of a person or thing and see if that appeals to you as much as the "landscape" perspective! The colors, composition, imagination and quality of your photos are good, try experimenting a little with one or two specific subjects or objects in your photos?
;) :D
