I have a MC filter that I put 2 layers of "LIMO" Tint on the filter lens, do you think this would be safe to use and take pics of the eclipse?

I remember there was a topic that spoke about a SD card reader/hard-drive combo, I'm in search of a portable HDD that could read an SD card and store my images, without having a computer available. am I crazy? thank you....

ok, I could understand the age of the batteries, the range of age is from 3-6 yrs. old, but regardless of which one(s) I use, it's the same story, I could take the oldest battery, charge it, and use it all day...taking pictures...no problem, now I could take that same battery, (after it's drained) fully charge it again...put it in the camera, not use the camera for a day...and the battery is dead. maybe you are right...time for a fresh set of batteries :(

I have the Canon T1i, I have several batteries and I have always rotated using them. what I have noticed lately is, if I put a fresh battery in and don't use the camera for a day, the battery is dead the next day. If I put a fresh battery in and use the camera all day the battery is good all day and sometimes even the next day. It doesn't matter which of the several batteries I try, it's the same with any of them. these are LI-ion batteries.

You need to understand a false positive. Many anti-virus programs with heuristics detection make bad judgement calls. I've scanned this exe with several programs and it's clean. This is another reason I abandoned Norton and McAfee a decade ago.

You're welcome to your own opinion and I won't argue with you but I'm qualified to say this as I've gone to school for computer repair and networking and been building them for 18 years.

I'm running Eset Nod virus protection for years now, if there was a real issue Eset would definitely kicked me out.

When this topic came up last week, I went to every site that was listed trying to find something that would work with both a 5Diii and a 7D. This site was the only one that actually worked and put out a clean report that I can archive. After two years of trial and error, I highly recommend spending the 3 buck and getting something that works with Canon cameras - even works with the 7Dii.

are you using Mac or PC? I'm using a PC with XP, I'm not sure if they support my OS.
