I did use Photomatix' noise reduction when importing initially into PM. Do you recommend not using PM's noise reduction and using LR's noise reduction only?

Actually there are brushes available for LR. I'm trying to remember which set I saw that did include a fog/misty effect. I know Seim Effects has a brush set available for LR. But I wish I could remember the other one.
