Wonderful set David

Thanks. I am sure everyone has a "walk about lens/camera combo", or "go-to" setup they use most often.

A few recent "happy snaps" of the organisms that are emerging for springtime. I have my camera with me on most walks with the dog. I have one lens that has provided me with the greatest diversity of images. I guess it could be my "walk about" camera/lens combo. All of these were captured with this lens/camera combo. Anyway, Happy shooting. Enjoy.

These are VERY nice! By Camera Trapping, I assume you are talking about Trail Cams.? I would love to see some of the results that you get from them. SWFeral does a lot of that, and has shared some really nice, if somewhat unconventional, photos of wildlife that it would take the average photographer out in the field a lifetime to get!

I am, but I use trail cams to collect the data for the camera trap setup. The trail cams have very poor quality images. But they let me know when and shere the wildlife is running and working the areas. then I plan out the placement of the better gear.

The raccoon shot is one from the camera trap setups. It uses a Nikon D810 DSLR for the capturing. It is kind of fun, but very time consuming. But I guess when one is retired, time is more available. LOL

Thank you for the kind words.

Here are some new springtime images. Kind of a mix. Difficult to pick from the hundreds of images, so I thought to mix it up. I am enjoying the challenge of the Camera Trapping I started a few months ago. Easy to get photos, but way more difficult to get good ones.

Anyway, hope you all are having a good time capturing images this spring.
Enjoy

Wow, that's great Dave. We have about 4 weeks until southern migrants show and about 6 weeks for resident dragons and damsels.
