Eye-Fi just announced the end of support for OLS. I tried all evening to send photos to Facebook. Tried reinstalling software, repairing software so I did a search anc came up with the fact that they have stopped sending protected photos from cameras (like my Nikon D5200 or any camera that can use a Eye-Fi card.
http://community.eyefi.com/eyefi/topics/announcement-regarding-x2-and-online-sharing-servicesToday we are announcing that the Eye-Fi View and Eye-Fi Premium (collectively referred to as our legacy services) will no longer support third-party online services (OLSes). This change will impact users of the original Eye-Fi and Eye-Fi X2 product line (collectively referred to as our legacy products). We have maintained support for these services as long as possible, but due to marketplace realities, we are unable to continue to do this for our legacy product line. See below for affected products.
Going forward, our plan is to provide customers a variety choices for using third-party services in concert with the current Eyefi Mobi product line. The Mobi hardware, software and cloud service incorporate state of the art capabilities for integrating third-party offerings.
Later this month we will be announcing a bundle of products and services to ease the migration of your account from the legacy products to Eyefi Cloud. Please keep an eye out for the notice regarding account migration.
Following are some key details regarding this announcement.
As always, thanks for your continued loyalty and support.
Regards, Eyefi
