Sam's had that deal too. My daughter-in-law bought it. Haven't gotten any report back from her yet but it was a good deal. I stayed in the Rebel series for years and loved the ones I had.
I always felt that way too. However, there are so many crazys out there. Thankfully I never needed one and hopefully never will, but I'd rather have one and not need it than need it and not have it.
My very first camera around 1966 was a Poloroid Swinger. When the word yes appeared in the view finder it was ready to shoot. Wow does that bring back memories.
