This months camera club outing was to Chicano Park to photograph the murals and wall art. The park is located in Barrio Logan underneath the east end of the Coronado Bridge where the bridge pylons and buildings provide the canvas for some excellent cultural artwork.

I shot these from Coronado Island last Wednesday. The panos are both 4 frames and shot from different vantage points. The super moon is a 2 frame exposure merge.

Thanks, Dennis. As far as I know the volunteer groups that maintain the gardens don't spray for them. The beetles don't do a lot of damage and they're usually only there for a few weeks. They mostly feed on the decaying or soon to be decaying blossoms.

I made the trek from San Diego to Idaho to photograph the eclipse. Well worth the drive.
