Meanwhile, most of the other buildings in what is now called "The Studebaker Corridor" have been torn down and replaced by an industrial park. One factory remains - the building which can kind of be seen behind this building - and it has been "modernized" {mostly new windows} and even received some national attention when the mayor made a big announcement there. But this one just sits. I wonder if anyone has good plans for it.
