I was introduced to Redbud trees only after moving to NC 26 years ago, and I eagerly anticipate the passing of the seasons as each one of them is marked by the most wonderful color changes.
I am completely at home in the water or on the water. I have been a WSI (Water Safety Instructor - basically a swimming teacher), a Waterfront Director and Waterfront Director Trainer, with some mad skills in swimming, canoeing, rowing, sailing, snorkeling and scuba diving.
I retired from the U.S. Navy after a 20 year career - LOTS of water. For exercise, I swam 2 kilometers per day, and have participated in the 2.4 mile Open Ocean Swim portion of the Iron Man Competition, finishing near-last, but going the distance.
As a kid, I would play outside in the rain, splashing in puddles. If there is water nearby, in any form, I want to be there. And although I am not into selfies, you may even see me in my favorite environment somewhere below.
That view of the Eiffel Tower opens a lot of eyes about how large it really is.

All great street shots, Bob. These look like some sort of printing technique - lithographs maybe? What App did you use in Post Processing?
Stan
Stan, please scroll up through this thread.. I told how I did it earlier.
Putting the Manfrotto tripod-mounted Canon 70-200mm L series lens (Canon 7D MKII) through its paces at Plantmasters Nursery in Suttons Bay, northern Michigan.. It was one of the very few times I lugged that heavy rig around on a photo shoot, but the results were certainly worth the effort!
Banastre Tarleton reenactor and horse.
Horseman from the Battle at Guilford Courthose, Greensboro, NC
The most repeated effect was to bring the original image into Topaz Simplify, Line and Ink, [Black Line Only], then use blending mode to give subjects a slight black outline, but retaining most of the color.. Secondly I made selections of the main subjects to increase color, saturation and contrast, then reversed the selection to darken, desaturate and lower contrast to background. Lastly, I applied a Grunge texture from Smart Photo Editor Studio, blended at just enough opacity to suggest a hint of discoloration.
It's the very thing to do.

I hear that. I took one step off the curb at a local restaurant on in June but luckily my face and forehead broke my fall my head hit with the sound of a major league line drive. We now have a stair lift in our house. No more motorcycles; golf; and I even have an app on my iPhone that warns me when I’m vulnerable for a fall (which coincides with when I’m standing or walking). None of this gets me a pass from “honey-do’s”. Ok, end of rant, no more whining.
Oh by the way, I really like the black treatment on the two buildings. Striking images!

I call that black treatment the Barebones Effect.

I’m curious where you are getting your photos? The picture of the palomino mare is my horse and that is my photo. It hangs in the entryway of my home.
I apologize profusely Red Sky At Night. I may have downloaded your image from UHH years ago and it was probably in my archives. I may have mistook it for horse photos my sister sends me from Michigan. If you want, I will contact Admin and ask him to remove it from my thread. I had no intention of hijacking your images. Again, I apologize.
I am truly chagrined that as much as I love these animals, I have only a smattering of images from my own camera dedicated to horses.. I need to remedy that.
Stairsteps from everywhere ascend and descend, marginally harder going up but relatively easy coming down.

These are sure beautiful, Bob, but in some parts of the country they are ripping them down due to the "offensive" concepts they represent 😩😩😩😩😩
Go figure
It tuens out most of these images were associated with the Americsn Revolutionary War, and so far, no one has been trying to remove them.
