... into the wilderness, right? Without a road map.

OK, Moses. Time to go wandering through the wilderness again.

Wasn't taken atop Mount Sinai, was it. Still, I'd have taken MY shoes off. Beauty.

Nice shot! It’s a great location for sunrises, too, although pretty chilly many times. BTW, it’s “Grandview,” so named for the grand view of the river there. Come back again sometime! Gorgeous in Autumn.

Skip is right although some sunrises see the gorge filled-to-the-top with cotton-like clouds, especially in the fall. But the trees are absolutely beautiful. This is a really nice shot, Joe.

.... It's bizzare when I could hold my camera up to the real thing and the colors and intensity are actually better looking than real life!

Ahhh, Rose Colored Canon glass. Just kidding.

We continued our before lunch stroll through the streets of this picturesque Northern Italian Town. After a great Italian meal, we boarded a private water taxi to Isola Bella. For a narrative and more images, please see my previous post: https://www.uglyhedgehog.com/t-695540-1.html
I hope you enjoy them! Please try the downloads.

The Tiles in #1 look like they are moving on my screen. Gotta get new glasses.

Could the lighting or composition possibly be better? I think not.

I just ran across this image in my files and wanted to share it with my UHH friends. I really liked the water in this one. It looks best in download mode!

The water IS amazing. The surfer's "dance moves" sure add to it. Timing = Perfect.

I took these yesterday after some heavy rainstorms, at Freeman’s Mill Park, Lawrenceville, Georgia. This was the strongest water flow I have ever seen at this location.

I used different apertures to change the shutter speeds to create both silky and more natural looking water. I used a circular polarizing filter.

Tamron 10-24 on a Nikon D7500.

Beautiful shots, dean. Not really "refreshing" to look at but shows the awesome power of flooding rain.
