Why is that a disgrace?

Have you EVER researched the amount of money ANY business pays out for building space? THAT'S THE DISGRACE!
They currently own over 45,000 EMPTY buildings... that YOU, the taxpayer, pay for.

Due to the pandemic, organizations across the public and private sectors are now recognizing that many workers don't really need to be in the office every day to get their work done.

If employees can complete their job assignments from home then what is your problem with this way of working?
How many times, in your career did you see someone get ahead because they always had their nose up the butt of their boss while others had to spread the workload.... don't say it doesn't happen. Working from home ends that - overnight. Can't brown-nose if you're not in the office.

You rag about a corrupt government and too much spending but, when there is an opportunity to spend less, you don't like that either.... you can't have it both ways.

I totally agree that the system is broken, BUT!

You don't put "any" blame on the lenders who KNEW most students wouldn't be able to pay?
Don't forget, the lenders usually SELL those promissory notes to other companies the next day (a bit of exaggeration here)... so they got their money.

College students are set up to fail!

That phrase on flagged bumper stickers was aimed at us leftist, anti-"pig", anti-war, anti-racist, pro-Farmworker's union, Berkeley free-speech, pro-women's equality protesters, by the right-wing conservative (Dem/Republican) side. My how things turned out.

"The Revolution Will Not Be Televised" according to Gil Scott Heron. lol, it was televised on Jan 6th. But it wasn't the radical leftist attacking Washington, it was those same conservative radicals that packed weapons and killed Capitol Police. My how things turned out.

Even I thought my side would be armed to overthrow the gov't. My how things turned out.

My last trip to Yellowstone was a week ago. Of course I had to make a visit to Old Faithful to try for better photos than I had taken last time I was there. It seems I get home, look at the photo of Old Faithful and just don't like something about them. I do like these photos but will try for better next time. I even included a black and white version and I do like it. Next time I would like to take a film camera with black and white film to see how that works out. But how do you like these? That is important to me.

On one of the photos you can see another geyser erupting toward the left side of Old Faithful. I have never noticed before but that geyser seems to erupt when Old Faithful does. Interesting.
