I can identify with way too many of these.

Oh, chiggers...!!! I am of the belief that all creatures play a part in the scheme of life on the planet....except for CHIGGERS. For the life of me I have no idea what they are good for. I suspect that they are the "Devil's Spawn" intended to torture mankind.

Them and mosquitos. I have yet to figure how they fit in God’s plan.

After being back home for awhile I started to itch and thought that I had gotten my most hated foe....chiggers!

I took some shots at a car show that was held in a field. By the time I got home, I was itching everywhere below the waist. I finally went to the doctor and he diagnosed it as cellulitis! Dang chiggers can be a major pain in the derrière.

Try saving your file with a new name then upload the new file.

Told you I was new to this. You have to export it to the camera roll.

It was so long ago I don’t recall the exact source, but I remember it was one of the PC Magazines.

I edited the file on Lightroom mobile and when I try to upload it, it uploads the original that I downloaded. What am I missing?

I don't like seeing so many "no name" flash drives on Amazon and elsewhere - name like Topesel, Koontion, and Pnstaw. And there are also drives that literally have no names. The prices are low, and I suspect the quality is, too. As for capacity, who knows? I've seen reports online about 1TB flash drives that have nowhere near that capacity. For such an inexpensive item, I'd gladly pay a few dollars more and get the real thing. Unfortunately, there are also counterfeits of the real thing.

I’ve always been leery of flash drives. I’ve never had one fail, I always lose them first. But, I hear that they have a high failure rate. I’ve not seen any empirical data on them, but if you hear it enough, you start to believe it. I really don’t see why they would be different than flas memory cards though. Maybe it’s because of their form, people tend to bang them around.

Back in my film days I used to shoot Kodachrome 25 which enabled me to set very low shutter speed to get the exposures I wanted. The results were a smoky effect where the water was moving.

Kelby One offers lots of step by step classes on-line. Not sure how much it costs for memberships anymore.
Youtube is also a good source for free.

Kelbyone runs about $150 per year. But, it offers more than PS & LR. You have access to instructional videos for other aspects of photography. You also get access to the Kelbyone forum where you can post your photos and ask for help.

I did it for a year, but didn’t use it enough to justify the money spent. If I was to sign up again, I would make sure I schedule some time each week to view a course and work on the skills learned.

Thank you very much for your response. I kind of expected that. I will have to save and buy a bigger telephoto lens.

You can get some very good deals at the used camera gear sites.

www.keh.com

www.natcamera.com

Or, if this is a one off usage where you won’t need the lens again, rent what you need.

Very nicely done. I would not have known this wasn’t one photo had you not said so. Even after knowing is a composite, it still looks like one photo.

We have had Hulu since sometime in October 2020. The last month has been awful. We watch about 15 minutes and then it crashes and kicks us out. We’ve deleted and reinstalled the app and it just keeps crashing. I tried to contact Hulu Tech Support and that’s a no go as well. They are so backed up with calls, they direct you to Hulu Community, which is no help. We are ready to cancel and move to YouTubeTV.

Raw and whatever the situation dictates. Manual if I think the camera is wrong, but usually either shutter or aperture priority. Sometimes I set shutter and aperture and let ISO float. It depends on the subject and the situation.

Thank you. I think everyone should be posting what hardware they use. I failed to mention that I did tweak exposure, color and sharpness in post, but not enough to mention.
