Using Minolta AF lenses on Sony A500 (12 mp) were OK. Using the same lenses on the Sony A77ii (24 mp) the images were good. Using the same lenses (with LA-EA 3 & 4 adaptors) on Sony A7Rii (42 mp) the images are great. Over the last decade as sensors have more mp the image quality has improved using legacy glass.

The difference between the RX10 and the a9/a7iii is the Bionx Processor.

All the work I have seen from HD are spectacular. I would also recommend this place.

Look at Breakthrough filters. They are as good as any and easier to use.

As you are waiting for June, you could organize a 12 step group for those suffering from GAS.

I will try to clear up a couple of misunderstandings so far in this thread.

In the Sony line of cameras, the a6400 did not replace any other camera. The a6400 is a crop sensor version of the Sony a9. The a6400, a9, a7iii, and a7Riii all have the 2nd generation Bionx processor allowing for what Sony has recently released in firmware updates.

About Capture One for Sony. There are two versions -- C1 Express for Sony and C1 for Sony. Express does not have all the bells and whistles that Pro does. Express is free. C1 Pro is the all the features of C1, and you pay for this. These versions are for Sony cameras only. There is C1 Pro for all cameras for more money.

Two differences between the a6400 and the a6500 are the Bionx processor and image stability. a6400 with the 2nd generation and the a6500 with the first generation Bionx processors. a6400 does not have in body image stabilization and the a6500 does.

AS stated above this is a hoax and the people involved have been dealt with by Hilton management. This is an old story that really is not a story. It has made rounds on FB and been explained there.

It sounds like it is specific to that Tamron lens series. I use the LA-EA4 with my Tamron 200-500mm lens and it works (AF) as normal on my A7Rii.

I don't drive an electric nor a hybrid car. I would like to say that electric cars are not a new idea. WAAAM in Hood River, Oregon has an electric car from 1919.

What camera are you using? Is it a Sony? If it is, look in the ISO menu for "multiframe auto ISO." This is to help with high contrast. The camera will take 3 quick images at different ISO setting and then combines them for one image.

HDR and bracketing are different from this setting.

LA-EA4 is a good adaptor and allows you to use A-mount lenses with full function. A7ii is a good camera. Enjoy shooting.

Call Sony again. However, it may be time to get another Sony.
