Sergo, it's obvious you found some fast action shots, but they're all blurry due to using slow shutter speeds from 1/90th- 1/125th. These would have been so much better shot at 1/2000th or higher. Why have a camera capable if you don't know how to use it. Learn and your snaps will greatly improve.

May not be a Jew, but at the very least an Israelite; (def.) a follower of Yaakov who renamed himself after three gods/goddess; Isis the Mother goddess for the Is, Ra the Sun god, and El the god man original. This new name after having to flee for their lives on account of two sons murdering a man.

Looking at these snaps convinces me that you've done your homework before buying the Sony. For a bridge camera it appears to be top shelf along with a corresponding price tag. Is there something you don't like about it?

I like seeing the shape of their heads in the toast, as I too am a conehead from France.

Sure some clarity will be lost, but in practice it really is not noticeable at normal viewing size.
If you can avoid fine, but if not your image will be fine.
Note the examples in the article at at 100%, and he used f/36 at an example, because his argument is weak.
If he had shown the image at normal viewing size, you would not see it.
He admits "but is tolerable even up to f/16" the warns you off from f/11. I call BS.
Just so you understand, in some cases the lack of focus will look worse than the diffraction at normal viewing size.
And it is better than bad focus, or not as good composition, or not taking the shot.
It's pretty much an armchair lawyer argument, that won't stand in the way of a great image.
Sure some clarity will be lost, but in practice it... (show quote)

What is manual hyperfocal for a wide angle and what is the advantage? Do you even have a clue what you're doing? Ignorance is evident much sooner then intelligence. Experience and know.

In the '60s when I was a boy, my father and I would dig for Pismo clams below Oceano ramp at low tide and always limit out and come back the next day. For decades now NO CLAMMING, but there are a hella lot o' otters that eat the young clams. Humans can cause the most imbalance in nature and have. I wonder when we'll learn anything, sometimes. Cute little eaters, aren't they?

The only thing I find disconcerting is that there are too many trees and not enough cattle. But then, if it were up to me I'd sleep with my cows like the British do. The problem is that I was born and raised in the USA and it's frowned upon here. LOL!!!

Put simply, if it aint broke don't fix it. Shutters shows early signs of failure. It is that the fastest shutter speeds are not consistent and finally slower ones until ER. Of course, there's no telling when this will happen. Some fail sooner and some later, but I've seen a 5D Mark III with over 400,000 clicks when it's rated for an average of 150,000. My FF is also the same model. Why worry? Shoot the shirt out of it.
P.S. When the shutter is replaced it's reset to "0", PERIOD. And yes, the shutter replacement is several hundred compared to and new upgrade, say a 5D Mark IV at $3,500. Frugal and wise, as the 5D Mark III is as much camera as even a pro needs for billboard size printing.

At that print size it would hard to distinguish either of these cameras from a 24MP crop sensor model if the same lens were used.

Maybe distinguishable at billboard size, but that's a maybe.

I shoot my Tammie 150-600 all ways in this priority; Gitzo tripod w/G2750 ballhead, Oben 2400 monopod no head, hand-held CORRECTLY BRACED and usually shouldering an upright, but remember rifle positions, as in prone (elbows on the ground), sitting/knealing (elbow(s) on knee(s)), and then there's the beanbag. How do you want to skin the cat?

Maybe, if you're into alien copulation. Just remember to duck fast. Their right hook will deafen your left ear, if you're too slow.
