This site is probably propaganda but the figures do suggest a major difference in the amount of suffering each side has had to put up with. Israel has an amazing propaganda machine and everyone you speak to takes up their side. The Palestinians on the other hand are abysmal at putting their case forward. The sad thing is its people Mums, Dads, Sisters, Brothers etc. who are victims in this conflict. One thing that does strike me is the fact that if a Palestinian is killed it is kind of dismissed where as if an Israeli is killed, it is major news. This is kind of set in my mind that Israel is good and Palestine is bad. Is this due years of Israeli propaganda working? This post made me look at the figures and every site more or less tells the same story about the discrepancy in the killed and injured figures.

Well, I'm going to chime in because I am uniquely qualified to LOL.
My husband and I own our own coffee house and we roast our own coffee. We are a "franchise" out of MN. Starbucks is NOT a franchise as it is almost totally owned by Starbucks corporate. You will see hotels that technically "own" the Starbucks in their locations but they have been given a special license to sell the products in which they make a small profit from.
Starbucks is so large that they can no longer purchase coffee beans from the best farms (which are very small Arabica farms above ideal heights for premium coffee) therefore they tend to "overroast" their limited lower level beans (have you heard the term "charbucks"?) If they do sell higher quality beans, it is usually in the NW or in higher income level locations such as Japan. Most of Starbucks beans have been roasted, and then shipped out a month or so before they are used in their stores. The best coffee will come from your local roaster, roasted in small batch roasters and will only be about a couple of days to a week old. Now, besides all this, WE would not be here if it weren't for Starbucks so we are grateful they started this whole coffee craze!
Try some coffee from your local roaster (there are a lot more out there than you would think!) and come tell me if that isn't the best cup of coffee you've ever tasted!
