Exactly right... who, and what "rules" determine the nut cases or the righteous citizen? Heaven help us if the Liberals get that power.

They already do in the Obummer care law book.

Do you have links to sources for all those? That's what I thought. Doesn't jibe with any history.

Obviously you just woke up Mr. Vanwinkle. Now it's time to get learned about what happened while you were asleep.

You know the old saying, "you harvest what you sow". That's what happens when everybody sleeps on an issue such as this from the day one. If you do a research on it, you will find that illegal immigration was not only needed, but was advocated, especially from the early 1800s on, by the businesses and farmers. Congress had accepted this fact and it wasn't just the liberals, all the conservatives were for it too. Farm economy was groving with leaps and bounds and they needed cheap labor. They tried the native Americans first but it didn't work out. Those from south of the border were good workers and cheap. We created the emigrant problem, now we are bitching after the fact. Now we kid ourselves by pointing a finger to the liberals for not fixing something that took over a century create, when in fact, both sides of the isle had f''''d up.
You know the old saying, "you harvest what yo... (show quote)

I agree the problem started decades ago. I'm looking at what is happening now. We don't have enough conservatives to override the others who don't want to change anything. Talking to a liberal about problems when they don't want to know is useless and Obummer counts on their support to keep going full speed ahead.

Well then, who is at fault? Why are they keep getting re elected?
Some of these people have been in there so long that they grew roots all the way thru the basement of the capitol, and with all the griping I hear about them, they are still there. Makes one wonder who the real stupid is. Them or the voting public.

I agree. However, it's by the liberal design over time that there aren't enough of us to get rid of them. They made the illegals and uninformed part of their agenda to keep them there.

No one, not even in the Congress, can make things easy or hard for the law enforcement without legislating it first. I don't even know why we are arguing about illegal emigrants in the first place. Neither one of these jerks were illegal. And the younger one had become a citizen last year. That means he has all the rights and benefits that are bestowed on any other citizen of this country.

The main topic of this post is about the stupid arrogance of public officials. And stupid comments that are made by them often have a way of coming true. And most of them take a legal form during the cover of darkness so we can't see what is happening and take a stand against them.

What is arresting people or going to court has to do with anything? What I said is not a belief, it is a fact. Think for a moment with logic if you can, if the illegal emigrants had the same rights as the US citizens, why would they find it necessary to sneak in? They could just walk into the country. Why would they use fake IDs or fake driver's licenses, or get deported when they are found?
And if you are still in doubt, why don't you bother to do a little research.

The liberals in congress are making it hard for law enforcement to do anything to illegals. Coakley made the statement that technically it's not illegal to be illegal in Mass.
So I think it is a legitimate question as to what rights they have as far as lawmakers are concerned.

With wildlife you don't often get to sit and wait for the right shot, it's more being in the right place at the right time and get it by accident. :-D
