My son is 69, but I pretend he is 49 so I can pretend I'm 72. So far it is working.

Wow Lemon Drop Kid.......I love your enthusiasm for this image and I hate to tell any secrets that may lessen your interpretation of it. Just know that the flowers are evenly distributed because I added a few in Photoshop. If you look at the flowers you will notice there are several that are exactly the same, even the same angle. Thanks for all the other compliments on it, they are all real.....i.e. the facial expression, the DOF etc.

Using Photoshop doesn't bother me one bit. We should use all the tools available to us, and you were a master at that as well.

Tossing objects into the air for a picture is old hat, but this one is the best I have ever seen. So many of the flowers, evenly distributed and caught perfectly just at the right time. And the facial expression of the young woman -- beautiful and exhilarating. The OOF background -- just right. Well done!

If I had happened across this scene with only B&W film available, I would have kicked myself from here to Kingdom Come for not having color film with me. Color brings the scene alive, and makes me feel it is a summer day in the 1930s. The grass is green . . . the sky is blue . . . the metal barn roof reflects the sunlight . . . the bright yellow old truck is once more a living thing jumping out at me from a jaded memory . . . I can feel a soft breeze caress my face. This is a great color photograph.

6000 or more exposures on one assignment. Read that somewhere, a long time ago.

Nice! The clouds are actually more pronounced in the reflection.

Not unbelievable at all. It's unfortunately fairly common for older churches the fall victim to fire, especially roof fires, during renovations. These older structures don't have conventional asphalt shingle roofs. It had a lead over wood roof. Repairs to lead more often than not require an open flame. Sometimes this flame can start a small fire in the wood underneath which can smolder for some time before turning into a full on blaze.

Right. The unbelievable part is that it hasn't happened before this.

I use an Oppilas RX on my FZ1000. Works perfectly. Type "Oppilas RX" into your computer and it takes you to their web page.

If it is an optical or laser mouse, try cleaning the sensor/laser window on the bottom of the mouse. Over time it can accumulate dirt, eventually causing the mouse to become less responsive. Either window cleaner or lens cleaner will do.

I'm sure many people have tossed out their malfunctioning mouse when all it needed was just a quick cleaning to work like new again!

Dang! Been having trouble getting my mouse to track properly and a spot of Windex did the trick. Would not have thought o do that. As you said -- I was about ready to get a new mouse. Thank you!
