Great download Phil, subjects so fitting for b/w.

Thank you Sylvia, and as you probably know, getting harder to find every day! Hoping you and your family are staying safe and well!

I am fascinated by cemeteries, I thought I'd post a few...probably reflects my mood today . The second one is the Garfield Memorial at Lakeview Cemetery in Cleveland, OH. Please download. Thanks for looking and comments welcome.

All three are outstanding but the third one creates feelings, I'm sure the sky has much to do with that.

Such character! I bet they have been witnesses to the passing of a great many things.

I spent about 4-5 hours on the sight watching and photographing the light change, I had many thoughts during that time, including what the old house had been like. Thanks for your comment.

Great work Phil.

Thanks Dr. Mark, it is always a good thing to be encouraged, seems to keep me on that narrow path of learning.

Wow, that's a great scene. Great job and nice to see your out and about having fun.

Your Wow just made my day friend. It has been a strange year to say the least and our camera's help to keep our minds where they should be. Hope you and yours are surviving and thriving. As always, may God continue to bless!

Now that is what I call a superb capture. It's a wonderful shot, but having that windmill in it takes it to a higher realm.

High praise, and I thank you. I don't know what the magic is with things like light houses and windmills, but we photographers seem to seek them out and capture their charm and beauty. I'm glad you enjoyed it.

Perfect subject for B&W. Good eye, good shot, great result

It is always good (encouraging) to be told you did good, it is even better to be told why. Thank you!

Perfect subject for a B&W image. Love the way the clouds direct your eyes back to the barn and windmill. Very cool.

The original color image was a bit ho-hum, the B&W version seemed to bring it to life. I'm glad you noticed the sky, a very normal thing for this part of the country and seems to lend it's self to B&W. Thank you so much!
