This is great....but I'm the opposite.....shooting is only the 1st step...then comes the FUN!!!!!!!!!!
I love the whole process, the thinking beforehand, the composing and taking of the shot, then photoshop where the creative juices come to the fore, and the final saving and uploading or printing of the completed work.
All a joy, long may it stay that way

Yes, you're right....everything is great...the thinking beforehand then the PP.
ok...swede am I talking to much on your thread????
simon what i mean to say is
every image is a reflection of the person who takes it what we choose to reproduce in a photo...how it is treated ect...
the viewer decides of it is pleasing based on the viewers perception of it....which may be different than the person who took it...oh well...psychobabble retired now.
I know exactly what you are trying to say, and agree
Some of mine and William's work is a bit off the wall,
God knows what people's perception of us must be,
Still what the heck, Got to keep it real

Great series cyan, like the original has much potential for abstracts as you are proving
Thank you, Simon! You aren't going to post for a few days? I must have missed when you said that. I will miss you and your funny comments! Till you return....
Creativ Simon: I like your comments on work! Now I get to look back on my working yearsmost of them good. When they got bad, I made some changes and tried something different. Dont you remember the Three Stooges? They were a slapstick comedy in the early years of TVthey are still doing re-runs now on the late night shows. I will miss you for the next couple of days. Twisted Screws is good.
RiverNan: Very nice design in B&W. Thanks for the compliments and comments. You just blew my bubbleI was giving you kudos for the ability to sew a complicated quilt like that pattern.
Cyan: I like your edit from this morning. It has a very nice shape and color. Thanks for pointing out the rabbit on bb guns image as I missed it completely. Your last posts look quite complex. I think I like the second one the best.
Pgl: Your images are wonderful! I like the feel of standing on the path and looking through the forest in the second image. The third one has a lot of interest and a fine design with an interesting frame. Thanks for the compliments. I have complete faith in you that in time you will be able to do layers.
Bb gun: Very interesting abstracts with my favorite being the second one. Like you, I will be ready for spring as soon as possible.

Hi Swede - your posts on pg 88 are wonderful as usual, but I really like #2 but my real fave is #3, it's so different from your usual!
