I got 15 too Wm.!!!.... :)

Ok here is an old wagon between 2 trees, it is in a place where I go to shoot birds...I'm drawn to it...don't know why....It's in shadow's a lot of times when I go there. but, this one particular evening the sunset was golden & was striking it in such a pretty way. These were taken from my car. Here are the edits I did.
I would like to see what others would do with it....so, if you would like give it a try.
Does anyone know what the chain is for underneath?

Pam, you have a nice set of pictures. I believe that it is a manure spreader. There was a chain on each side driven by the rear wheels that moved cross slats towards the rear where there were beaters that spread the manure over a broad area. I spent quite a few hours on one as a kid although ours was newer and had rubber tires. This one was set up for horse drawn. It was not one of my favorite jobs.

I tried several edits and post them below.

We made it back late last night and had a wonderful time with nice mild balmy weather. We got in a lot of sightseeing in southern Florida from Orlando down to Key West. Also we visited with my Grandson who is going to college in Tampa. We did have a good time and did miss all of you. I appreciate everyone carrying on and continuing to keep the thread viable.

Creativ Simon: I never thought you would be speechless. Impossible? I probably could qualify as Grandpa. Either way I am humbled and honored at the picture of family that you painted! I was beginning to think that you weren't going to post. I have to hold up your Breaking up as my favorite for the day.

William: Thanks for your usual gems of wisdom and some nice posts! The blurry streak is impressive.

JENNIFER: I hope things are going better today. Thanks for all your help.

Cyan: Thanks for commenting!

Pgl: Pam, I came back and everyone ran away (just kidding). I am sure week days and work collide for many of our members. Thanks for commenting and I really like just purple; however, I scrolled down to the next one and now I have a challenge deciding which I like.

I will post some special edits of some of the images that I took on the trip. I hope you enjoy them.

Swede - these 3 pics are great! I especially like the 1st & 2nd. I can't say which I like better because they are so different from each other. And the "painting" does look like a painting! I'm glad you're back & that you had a good time!

Thanks Cyan for the compliments! Here's one done in colored infrared and B&W.

Thanks pgl. My whirlwind month is caused by getting ready to move to AR. Our big move is 2/12. Very sad to say goodbye to friends and especially family, but hubby finally got job after being unemployed for 13 mos.
So it seems that we will almost be neighbors. Spent alot of time in TN.

Simon your outstanding work has me in a state of AWE.

I remember you told me at one time you thought UHH

was not a happy place ... well my brother you are a hip cat

and I respect your ART. BVVV

William that comment was made a long time ago

Found the good places on UHH and that is where I stay

My Art develops due to our Family here

We feed off each other Win Win Win

The UHH truly is the place to be. I love this particular thread! And like you say...it is a Family here that feeds off one another to improve on their talents. Good to be here!

Last set from the Jaguar E-type sculpture, the original picture was taken with me laying on the ground looking up through the sculpture. More funny looks, that's why normally I go on my own to these events.

WONDERFUL, Simon!
The colors and the background make #1!
Hanging lights is great! Reminds me of one I did....a ceiling in a diner....don't know if I posted it be4. It's at home, not in this netbook.
I've been trying to do some edits here (I'm at work), but my netbook, which I bring here, is sooooo slow.
