'Timeless' the clue is in the title

We're all gonna have less time? Simon, what do you know that we don't?

Sleep less cyan = see more life

If fed up with life = sleep more

As Mathematics is one of my loves in life, worked this out for you if you sleep 7 hrs instead of 8 hrs per night you will see 4.7 years more if you live to 80, and if you can cope with 6 hrs sleep you will see 8.8 years more than someone who sleeps 8 hrs a night. Use the time wisely.

What else could extend your life by this much ?

You know, that's a very personal question.

Pgl: Pam, Thank you for the compliments. I am glad you liked the treatment. It was the last resort as the conventional pictures didn’t look quite right. I like your idea trying to get Simon to the auction. Good luck on that idea. I am drawn to the silhouette in the first image; however both are very nice. It looks like you survived the grandkids.

William: Thank you for the compliments. I think I hit a winner with that series. Now I have to worry about what to do for an encore. Even my wife liked those pictures—she isn’t in tune with most of my abstracts. I appreciate all the commenting that you have done and I do like your prose. I like your thick as a brick but how do you eat soup with a fork. Color Blinded Again is an interesting piece.

RMM: No, I don’t mind your reinterpretation of the mansion. It definitely gives a different feel and changes it entirely. My personal feelings for Mr Deering are a little dark anyhow so your effect probably matches my impression closer than mine did.

Creative simon: I appreciate the compliment. Have fun at the auction!! I liked your River Thames last November and I still like it. Time is not only a blur; it looks like it is all screwed up.

Cyan: Thanks for your compliments. Your comments on others art is appreciated.

JENNIFER: Spring cleaning is a bummer. Gail is always after me to throw stuff out and I know that as soon I do, I would find a use for it. You are stretching your talents on the blue tulip and coming up with an eye catching image. I don’t know what I would do without SPE. I keep finding new things that one can do with it. It has the best edit I have found for straightening up not only the horizontal but also the vertical components of a picture. I used that feature on the Mansion extensively as the towers tilted inward due to the angle I used in taking the picture. I was able to adjust them to where they were almost vertical.

Country’s Mama: It’s good to see you post again. I’ve never thought of a donkey leading sheep, but they will follow almost anything. Thanks for all your comments.

LILY MARLENE: I really like what you have done with your pictures but the first one really stands out. Also I am happy to see you posting again. Have fun with your sweet little one. They grow up so fast. Your second post is very well done also.

JENNIFER: I hope February calms down a little for you. I am glad to see you commenting again and appreciate the compliments.

Swede - your fractal work is great! whenever I do a fractal, it always gets completely abstracted. I don't know how you get the recognizable flower in the middle.
Maybe I fractalize (new word?) them too much! Will have to try again..and again.

Creative simon: Thanks for the compliments. I am always surprised at the reaction to the Van Gogh effect. I hate to admit it: I have to agree with your original posting and Cyan has the same position. B&W is the proper treatment. Thanks for trying. Your brain looks like an abstract of Donald Duck. Very well done. Obviously someone just hit him on the head with that large bump.

Cyan: Thanks for commenting on my art. The painting effect seems to be accepted the same as the Van Gogh on certain images. I am going to try it on a series tonight which I think is quite interesting.

RMM: I like your interpretation of Simon’s art.
Pgl: Pam, I enjoy your purple planets. I agree that Grandkids for the weekend is a challenge. They seem to have a never ending supply of energy until they just collapse. We really enjoyed visiting my Grandson in Tampa last week. He is 20 and a sophomore in college with previous education in an international school in Yokohama. He seems so grown up and mature for his age. He’s done more traveling at that age than all the trips I have ever taken. New world! Thanks for the compliments.

JENNIFER: We missed you today! Hope you are ok.

I’m posting a series of painting edits of the Vizcaya Mansion in South Miami. It was built by James Deering in the early 1900’s. He was from Chicago and was the accountant for McCormick Deering aka International Harvester for a number of years—somehow accumulated a fortune and built this estate. For some reason he left the company at a relatively early age and built this impressive mansion. After leaving the company he apparently never worked again. Some life!

The pictures are edited in SPE in oil painting. It seems to fit the age and style of the buildings. I hope you enjoy them!

Yes, Swede - that effect does seem to fit it correctly! The photos are beautiful!
