Nikon D5600 & NIKKOR AF-S 18-300 f3.5-6.3 GED. I really like the setup. Nice & light. Its not the sharpest lens though.
Adding some originals per request.
Ano Nuevo is the main area where they next but a better area is just a little south of the park (fee entry) at a place called Cove beach. You can get closer but no closer that 25ft. Not as many and not as big (these are the rejects) but you can get some great closeups.
And they can outrun you on sand.
these guys are the "rejects" that are driven off from the mail beach because they are too small to compete with the bigger bulls so imagine how big they are.
Its Elephant Seal time on the central coast of California. Here's a few pics of these magnificent creatures.
Do a serach on the forum for Snapbridge and you'll see what others have experienced, some good information on how to make it work, and some wrong information that won't help you.
I've used Snapbridge on my D5600 for over a year now for two reasons; 1) I can transfer photos to my IPhone and share while travelling (I don't want to carry a PC) and 2) the GPS funciton.
Whenever it hangs, I FORGET THIS CAMERA (meaning I drop the device from the Snapbridge list of paired devices), then go thru the pairing process again. It works fine after that. You don't have to reinstall the app onto your smartphone.
On the camera, be suree to have set DISABLE AIRPLANE MODE, have SEND TO SMART DEVICE - ON, as well as WIFI and BLUETOOTH.
The Organizer will not move any files as several have mentioned. WRT recognizing an old catalog - Likely not because you can have several versions of Elements running on your system. Under the FILE->MANAGE CATALOGS option, there is an option to CONVERT old catalogs to the version you're using.
the resolution is incredible - you can see license plate numbers and people's facial expressions. This is probably crude compared to what the NSA/CIA are rumored to have.
That sucks. Wonder when they'll drop PSE altogether.
Try uninstalling PSE 2019 and older versions, reboot your machine, then re-install 2019 and the patch.
That's correct. The BBAF is just one chapter from the book but you can get it separately. Autofocus is covered quite well in Busch's book as well.
As others have suggested, Busch's D5600 book which you can get on kindle. Add to that Steve Perry's (UHH member) book on Back Button Autofocus Guide.
When Snapbridge "hangs" like you've experienced, I go into the app on my iPhone, select the page with the camera icon, click on the 3 dots in the upper right hand, select "Forget Camera", and once done, go thru the pairing process again just as if you're setting up the connection for the first time. There is a video on YouTube (try searching for it) that shows you how.
