I love the lighting in the third shot.

I like the 4th one the best...shallow depth of field and good perspective. I think they all suffer from bad light, especially the last two. Try early morning or the hour before sunset. Do you have access to a studio?

I am not a pro- a pro might correct me.
But, her face is shiny, and her hands are not flattering.
Otherwise, the capture looks good.

Good point about her shiny face. I agree. I’ll burn a little before I publish. Thanks...and happy holidays.

Attractive lady! Nice images, but the shadows seem a bit deep. Were you looking for that type of lighting? A more diffuse lighting arrangement would also help soften her look.

Stan

Thanks Stan, I tried 3 different lighting schemes throughout the shoot. These are just the first few I’ve processed.

I had the opportunity to shoot in a pro studio last week. I took over 75 images of my friend and am just beginning to process them. The first is a formal view which I should probably crop a little tighter. The second is another shot with the actual background. The others I made in Photoshop just for fun to change up the background. CC please.

I like the question about what am I doing in Moscow!
We took a Viking River cruise from St Petersburg to Moscow and stopped at many small towns inbetween. What I thought I would see vs what I actually saw was very different. I was very impressed with Russia and especially Moscow. Very clean and modern city and friendly people.

That sounds like a fascinating cruise. I hear nothing but good things about those Viking cruises. Glad you enjoyed it.

A recent trip to Moscow. They do an excellent job of lighting their buildings at night. Not just in Red Square but the entire city

Wow, great set. But it does beg the question. What were you doing in Moscow?

Took a drive on 104 yesterday for the first time in years. At Trujillo, the road dips at a 9% grade for 3 miles. I turned around at that point. Took some pics at that point and some places along the way. Hope you like.

I especially like the last shot. I love old abandoned buildings.

You did a nice job with this, especially given the flat light.

Hey Ken, it’s a nice clean shot. I really like all the diagonal likes, especially in the background. They always make for an interesting image.

I like the vivid setting. I use that as my default almost always. Great job capturing those colors.
