I have 30 .PCD (old pics) files that I've been trying to get open in LR Classic or Photoshop 2018. Anyone know of a way to convert these to something LR/Ps can recognize? I have no idea what these pics are of only that I must have taken them in the 60's/ 70's...
Thanks
LR CLASSIC To the left of the "Metadata" tab in the Library Mod. click on the up/down arrows and choose "default". Then you will see "Capture Date and Time."
Thanks! I'll give it a try.
In the 'metadata' section under 'Capture date' where can I find the 'Original' capture date/time of the pic? It keeps changing to the last edited date and I can understand why but I want to know when I actually took the pic.
Try this one on UTUBE. Bet you'll recognize it. Let your mind flow with it.

Thanks. I DO understand all that. 1 of my questions is I have a pic that's already in LR cat. I then LR bring it into Photoshop for editing and I want to add a football that I downloaded and placed on my desktop. I then opened that football in Photoshop and placed it into my Pic. Now when I click save in Photoshop, will the pic with the football in it show up in LR even if I delete the football image from my desktop? Will it still be part of my combined image or will the football be gone? I know it's confusing but that's the best explanation I can give....
PC.. But my question was answered. Thanks much all.
I have a PIC on my desktop that I saved as a .jpg from the net. I dragged the Pic to my Photoshop Icon on my desktop and it opened up for editing. After editing it where does Photoshop save it? Back to my desktop? I really want it saved it LR Classic.
THAT'S IT! PERFECT ! Just what I wanted...Thank you so much!

By COMP I mean new File so that when done I can print the New file collage. I actually have 2 windows open in Photoshop. One is the new collage file and the second is the window that holds all of my imported pics from LR. So that if I click on the 2nd window, each Pic is on it's own Layer. Now when I move the Pics (one at a time using the MOVE tool) over to the collage file, I can then edit (resize) that Pic in the collage window. When I go back to the 2nd import window I do the same for all of the imported Pics. No problem. However now when I click on window #1 all of those pics (300) become ONE selection and I cant select any single pic to edit. I need to know how I can separate that one selection of 300 pics into individual pics so I can edit it. Sorry I cant be more descriptive. Thanks for your help .

No I named the Layers when I created the original pic. ie. Adirondack vacation...That helped a little...
Tried that but the Move tool only works on the selected Layer....
