I use a wacom intous 3 med, but if i were to by another i would go with a small. it takes up less real estate on the desk. They are a must for portrait retouching
or drawing. the sensitivity of the pen is outstanding. we have win 7 on our comp, and it works great. I have looked at the reviews for win8 and there are a lot of driver issues. do your research first.

Oh no, sounds like you have it bad, I think you should spend a day at Camera Cottage. Great selection of devices to get you through the day, no lines, no waiting, wonderful out patient service. Dr. MT will write you a script and have you up and shooting in no time.

Mike,

This is problematic as I am sure the organization would not be happy and it causes a problem for my son. Is it possible to remove this? I'd appreciate it. Thank you.

Ed

Hello Ed
I have notified admin, and asked to have the post removed. I would have done this earlier but i live in a retirement home and can only use the computer at certain times.
My deepest apologies. Mikey

Lovely Family
this is a tough photo to do any real fixing, it is dark, out of focus, and lots of noise. Best i could do.

Hi tom
I hope it was you who took this shot of a boy looking out the window, to me it had strong emotion. when i was 9 years old i played little kids baseball, i got sick and missed the last game. we lived across the street from the baseball field, i watched the game from my room window, we got killed 21 to 5. good shot.

Oh my.... I guess I drank to much over New Year's Eve. I just wanted a taste of whiskey. Dug darned me to try on the hat. I did not realize that it was Mom's lamp. Not sure what happen to the rest of the lamp. But I do not feel too good. Now Mom is making me wear this darn thing for a few days. So you other dogs out there do not let the cat talk you into doing things while drinking!

Love that shot, he looks like he just got booted of the stage by simon cowell during an audition for the new RCA dog

here's the scoop. My daughter is getting married in March. She cannot afford a pro photographer so I am the one. I have the equipment. D-7000, 24-70F2.8, 70-200F2.8 and a SB-800 flash. Without me she has no pics. I'm pretty good with my equipment lacking only with flash experience. My questions are more about the wedding itself. What type of situations do you look for during the ceremony? how about before and after? Where do you stand? What angles do you look for? When do you group the wedding party together? Do you shoot people while they are eating? When should I keep everything in focus or just the subject? Etc, Etc, Etc. Also, how many pics do you end up taking, 500, 1000, 2000? A little help with the flash would be nice too. Fill, full power, auto. I have only used auto flash, camera set to fill only, sync speed on auto 1/250 with lowest speed at 1/60. Thanks, Troy

I need to send a 209 mb photo file by email but my email provider only allows files as large as 36 mb. Is there a way to do this without purchasing expensive software?

Thanks, Roger

Hi Rodger
I use HJ-Split, it is a free file splitter that is very easy to use.
some email hosts limit the size you can send. with hj-split you can tell it what size you want the files. the only trouble with it is the other person has to have it on their end to join the file back together. What is nice is you don't have to install it, just download it and click on the hjsplit.exe and it runs. some of my photoshop files can be over 200 meg.
